After receiving several quotes we chose Bon Accord Glass to replace 3 of our windows. From initial contact in the Showroom to the joiner putting the finishing touches to the outside rendering, all the staff involved have been friendly and professional. The fitters arrived on time, did an excellent job including a thorough tidy up. Admin staff were in regular contact to provide advice and support. I have no hesitation in recommending Bon Accord Glass.

Over the 5 years in my home, I have replaced 10 windows, 2 doors, and a set of French doors. I have just ordered the last 2 windows and the house will be complete. The quality of both staff and product is 5 star. The staff are friendly and knowledgable making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. i would highly recommend this company, Kitchen next !!

Having executed the usual tour of potential suppliers for roofline installation I selected Bon Accord through reputation; professional engagement in scoping the work. First class action in surveying the requirements followed by a competative quote. Having viewed a few installations I engaged Bon Accord to supply and fit the complete roofline of my House and Garage. With date agreed the installation team were early on the job, engaged with myself in reviewing the job and noting any 'special' areas requiring attention. Product for the job being delivered early in preparation for the physical work to commence. The team discussed each days program, how the work frames would be located for each section. Working diligently each day, tidying up the work area prior to departure each day. It was a pleasure having an Efficient, respectful and knowledgeable team completing the job. I have no cause to complain whether it be product, engagement, support or installation. Money well spent.

Had Bi-Fold doors fitted. The whole process through initial advice on the product best suited to the situation, through order and approval to fitting and follow up was excellent. You do get the feeling that everyone you come into contact with at Bon Accord really knows their job which gives you complete confidence that the job will be done properly. And it was. Special mention to the guys on site - when they leave you'd never have known they had been there - immaculate. With this and my previous experiences of Bon Accord I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Six new windows and a door replaced. Excellent service throughout from sales to tradespeople. Very friendly and professional. The quality of the work is excellent and the fitters really went over and above to make sure the finish looked great.

Got my new windows fitted Livingroom/Bedroom. Very experienced 2 man team who cleaned and tidied after them. On completion we were not happy with the shape of a pelmet (personal preference) with one phone call to very helpful staff they sent out the surveyor to see our concerns within 3 days the fitters returned and changed it for us. Great service.

The 2 men were very clean and professional in the work they did at our property and did an excellent job.

I used Bon Accord Glass to fit 7 new windows to a 2nd floor flat. The sales experience was easy and wasn't pushy in the slightest. The contracts were clear and simple and the work was scheduled with my tenant and letting agent. I got to inspect the windows after install and before payment and was very pleased. The new windows have greatly improved the flat and have made a world of difference to my tenants. They said the trades guys were very quick, very clean, and provided excellent service. I'm very happy to recommend them.

Joiners and builders arrived on time for each appointment, and office staff polite and professional. The whole process felt smooth, and that I was in safe hands. In the recent past Bon Accord Glass completed a sunlounge extension for us. The service we received was excellent and the sun lounge is great. My wife lives in the room, she loves it. With this in mind I went straight to Bon Accord Glass for some replacement patio doors. I didn't bother getting quotes elsewhere as I knew the service from Bon Accord would be great. I wasn't disappointed. New patio doors installed by friendly joiners who did a great job. Their work ethic was brilliant just got stuck in and didn't stop till the job was done. I had to force them to have a cup of coffee and a chocolate Hob Nob..!! Really pleased with the results. I can't fault the service from Bon Accord Glass and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I recently received a full house replacement of windows from BA glass. From measuring to installation was done in less than 8 weeks. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quick turnaround on fitting also. Can’t recommend enough

From start to finish the process of replacing our windows and door was spot on. Communication great. Salesman, not pushy, friendly and professional. The guys putting in the windows and door were friendly, tidy, arrived on time. The hoovering up after was better than I ever do. We got a demo on how to work things. Follow up was great. Accounts side of things smooth. First class.

From the minute we contacted Bon Accord Glass we were treated to a professional service, from the buying process through to the installation. The installers were very efficient; they tidied up and vacuumed after themselves, did a professional job of installing our windows and they were very pleasant and friendly. The new windows look excellent and have improved the look of our home, inside and out. We would not hesitate to recommend Bon Accord Glass to anyone looking for new double glazing.

Ordered a new composite front door and 4 PVC windows. Salesperson and later surveyor arrived when agreed. Door and windows were installed several weeks ahead of the expected date. Installation just took one day and a bit. Installers did a good job and left the house clean. Builder came a few days later to patch up the cement on the outside. Everything looks very good, it was the third time I used Bon-Accord and I would have no hesitation using them again.

Every so often you come across quality service. The two fitters Barry & Douglas created a clean work area, very tidy and did a fantastic job. Barry noticed that sill was going to make fitting of new worktop high and removed the sill. That is what I call quality service. They also enjoyed the work which is great to see. Well done

We had bon Accord windows and conservatory 20 years ago. They contacted us to see if we needed anything and we changed our door and 2 windows. The new items fit perfectly with our older windows and although a few adjustments were needed, these were made efficiently and quickly and the final job looks great. The fitter told us about everything he was doing and made a recommendation that we found helpful. Bon Accord was as efficient and professional as they were 20 years ago so well done to them.

This is the second time we have used the Bon Accord team for home improvements ( Kitchen installation at a previous address) Whole process went as smoothly as we expected The Sales Quote was very competitive and significantly cheaper than an other well known local Home Improvement company. Workmen arrived on the agreed days and work was carried out to a high standard and with minimum fuss. As with all jobs they encountered problems on the way but worked around them to get the job done. Definitely recommend

Very pleased with our new front door from BAG. The fitters, David and Jim did a first class job(as always), knowing how particular these guys are, having had them install, windows/ door  at previous house. Salesman and surveyor also first class and explained what was needed. Would highly recommend BAG.

After looking at several other companies round Aberdeen and east of Scotland, I was unhappy with either their level customer service or products being offered. I found bon accord glass and visited the showroom where I was given a reasonable quotation for the supply and fit of a new composite front door by a very helpful customer service agent. There was no pressure for sale and I was free to accept the offer after thinking it over at home. Once I had gone ahead with the deposit, a fitter was round to measure up within a week and the door was professionally fitted all within 3 weeks. I am very happy with the quality of the door supplied and would also like to highlight the clean and tidy job carried out by the fitter, who left no mess at the end of the job

Joiners from Bon Accord Glass were excellent,  highly skilled, friendly, reliable and tidy.  They worked hard to complete my windows and doors , and I am very happy with the final result. Mike the builder was also excellent and came to me on Saturday to finish off the job he couldn’t finish on the Friday due to the weather, to a high standard . I am very satisfied with my experience of Bon Accord Glass from the initial salesman who was also a qualified joiner, to the joiners and builders and the administrative staff.  An added bonus that others have commented on, was the extra wide front door that negated the need for a glass panel. 

Once again Bon Accord Glass has provided an excellent service. The two joiners arrived on time and got to work immediately to install two new windows. The weather was wild0 , but the joiners just got on with the job, and the whole installation was completed on the morning. Even though we looked out dust sheets and a vacuum cleaner for the joiners, they provided everything for a perfect tidy-up afterwards. The guys were friendly and polite, and we are so pleased with the installation results. We highly recommend Bon Accord Glass for installation requirements. Thanks.

The new sliding door and windows making up one wall of our conservatory look good from the inside and outside too. The fitters were efficient, and very tidy in their work, cleaning up after themselves very well. We are delighted with the result. Thankyou.

We had all our windows and a set of patio doors installed by Bon Accord. We have used them previously and went back to them due to their service and prices. We would definitely recommend, we have to family and friends.

Guys who came to install both windows and doors are a credit to the company. Always kept me informed through out the installation. The difference in the heat in the house is something else and so much quieter.

High quality, attractive windows and doors, with excellent security features, all installed and finished to a very high standard. Great communication from the office, fitters were very knowledgeable, and experienced. They left each room / work area clean and tidy, and removed / refitted existing window blinds as part of the service. We are particularly impressed by the standard security features included in the windows and doors, and the wood used for the windowsills, which is of good quality, expertly varnished by a qualified tradesman. All the work was completed within the timeframe submitted. Altogether a first-class job done, and I have no hesitation in recommending Bon Accord Glass to anyone considering replacement windows or doors.

From start to finish bon accord have been great, not only with helping us out on quoting the whole house, fitting us in due to my work commitments and working around our budget they were by far the best we had around  quoting.  One thing I have to say Graeme was not pushy, left us alone to discuss and was happy to take any calls we had, came in on his day off so I could see around the showroom and see what we were going to get.  Amazing service and will be using again to get the rest of the house done

Had patio doors and a window replaced. The fitters called the night before and organised the time for next morning and they arrived bang on time. They put sheets down all around the work area and inbetween prior to beginning. I was amazed at how quickly everything was replaced and what a fantastic job they did. Everything cleared up and hoovered upon completion. Very happy with the quality of work from the two fitters, great job.

Recently had 3 doors and 11 windows replaced . Third of time of using them but this was certainly the biggest job. Very pleased with the quality of the work that has been done. They always turned up exactly when they said, kept us informed of progress and any issues they found, and if necessary found sensible and effective solutions. The windows and doors all look great and have been finished to a high standard. The quality of the products used is also very high. They were very efficient and cleared away everything at the end of each day so the house was usable again until the next day. Would highly recommend.

Two new doors installed. Front door had a couple of issues with it. Installation co-ordinator was straight on the phone stating that it would be replaced. Service is second to none. Door fitters were excellent. Great job. Will be using again to do windows in the future.

I have used Bon Accord twice to replace 19 windows and a door. From the initial sales person coming out before covid, to completion, they have all been superb. The quality of the windows and the door and very good. Delivery time was a bit slow, but that was due to covid for the first lot. And then me catching covid for the second lot. We had a small blip but it was dealt with promptly and the issue corrected with no fuss. I will use them again for any future projects.

I selected BAG because their pricing was good and the product that I saw in the showroom was good.  The delivery was as expected and the 2 lads thst fitted the doors were very friendly and did a great job. We noticed that the doors didn’t line up completely and there was a small chip out of a handle, BAG turned up the next working day and corrected everything. Fantastic customer service and I can not be happier with the patio door.

Friendly and supportive staff members who have gone out of their way to support our timescales for our windows and doors for our extention. A very personal service. Installation was superb. The two fitters were polite, friendly and obviously extremely experienced in their work.  They kept us informed all the way through the day and left the house super clean after the fittings.

We needed a new back door as our sliding doors broke. Having used Bon Accord Glass before they were the first choice for us. Due to our security issues they got us slotted in for a couple of days after the door arrived with them. The workmanship, and the tidiness of the work for the duration of the installation was second to none. Our new back door and side panel look great and we're delighted. It also meant we could go on holiday with peace of mind that our home was secure. Definitely recommend Bon Accord Glass and will use them again in the future.
