Before the Project: Getting Ready & Organising
Our first job will be to conduct an initial site survey. Getting a rough idea of what the project will have to entail is vital for quoting purposes.
A full survey will be organised once you’ve committed to an order. This is more thorough and involves measuring up accurately, identifying anything that may pose a challenge, and generally gearing up for the final installation.
In our analysis, it may become apparent that planning permission or building regulations approval needs obtaining. The drafting and submitting of documentation is something we will help with.
During the Project: Our Manner of Working
Bon Accord’s fitting team will turn up on time and make themselves known to you. Before they begin working, they’ll run through the work schedule so that you are aware of how it will progress and carry out one last inspection of your selected product.
Safety guidelines are always adhered to for the protection of the team and your family, and so your home is looked after. Please do your best to keep young children and pets out of the way.
Dust sheets will be placed over furniture and any surfaces that could collect dust and you can leave the cleaning of the relevant area afterwards to us.
After the Project: Product Demo & After Sales Support
Before leaving, an opportunity to inspect the installation will be given to check you’re happy with it and its legion of features paraded during a demonstration.
