Bon Accord Glass Awarded Top Marks For 2017 From Consumer Protection Association

Home improvement specialists, Bon Accord Glass, have been awarded top marks for its performance in 2017 following an independent survey conducted with its customers.

The assessment, carried out by the Consumer Protection Association (CPA), found that 98% of customers would recommend the business and 100% of participants rated them as ‘professional and courteous’.

Operations Manager at Bon Accord Glass, Bryan Kinghorn said: “Bon Accord Glass strives to go beyond customer expectations and to ensure that every interaction a customer has with the business is a positive one. These results are a testament to that and to the hard work our staff put in every day.”

In addition to the recommendation score, the results also show that 87% of respondents rated the company as either ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’ to deal with.

Bryan added: “Bon Accord Glass has been serving the local community and improving homes for over 40 years and our offering now encompasses; kitchens, extensions, garage doors and more. Windows and doors will always be at our core, but these additional services certainly offer our customers a more complete home improvement solution.”

The CPA carries out a survey every quarter on any business offering insurance backed guarantees as part of their service with their purpose to ensure that the highest standards of professionalism, quality and service are maintained by all its members.
