Safe Installations And Safe Showrooms

It was truly gutting for us to have to stop installing products and temporarily close our showroom, but we’re back installing again now and have recently reopened our showroom. 

Our employees deserve a huge thank you for the professionalism they have shown over the last few months and the work they’ve put in to keep our business running smoothly. We must also pay a big tribute to our customers for the incredible support they have offered in the most trying of circumstances. 

A number of projects had to be abandoned because of lockdown and we have only just been able to complete the majority of them, but the customers involved were all so understanding and patient. 

It’s unbelievable just how many enquiries and orders we still received when in lockdown, and we couldn’t be more thankful for that as it’s meant as we have returned to full service with packed order books. 

You may be one of the people to have put in an order, and if you are, we’re as excited as you are about getting it sorted. 

We have had to modify our installation procedures so that they comply with the GGF’s Safe Guide which demands that social distancing be adhered to, masks get worn and touched surfaces are thoroughly cleaned. 

Your welfare at home is our biggest priority, and your safety also comes first when you make a showroom visit. 

We have invested much time and money into making the venue Covid-secure for our customers, where there are now lots of sanitiser stations and masks available in a spotlessly clean environment. 

If you’re not quite ready to come to the showroom, that’s absolutely fine, and it’s no issue anyway as you can still plan your home improvements from home using our Virtual Appointment facility.
