Specialist Window, Door & Conservatory Sales

Do you have what it takes to be a successful Consultant? Bon Accord Glass are hiring right now in Scotland.

  • As a Bon Accord Glass Designer, you’ll attend product design appointments with customers. You will become a specialist, helping them upgrade their houses, their lifestyle & their kerb appeal, sympathetically, tastefully and above all, economically into better homes.
  • You may be an expert in UPVC or/and aluminium windows, doors, conservatories and lifestyle extensions, however having great communication is far more important, as we can teach you everything else.
  • You won’t be expected to create your own leads, as our marketing and amazing customer referrals statistics, will give you all the leads you will need. Currently over 90%+ of customers say they would recommend us to their friends and family and about 80% of existing customers return to place further orders.

BUILDING / INSTALLATIONS

Experienced Window Fitters

At Bon Accord Glass, it is important to us that we deliver an exceptional service to our customers, so to achieve this it is vital that we have a team of talented and experienced window & door fitters.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading home improvement company in Aberdeen as an experienced fitter, offering great earning potential and continuity of work. With exciting times ahead and increasing demand, we are continuing to expand our installation teams throughout Aberdeenshire & Dundee.

To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Previous quality fitting experience
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Be a good communicator
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Clean driving licence

As an installer you will join a busy team reporting to the Installations Manager, and responsible for undertaking installations, ensuring an excellent quality service is achieved on all window & door installations.

Builders & Bricklayers

Bon Accord Glass are looking to recruit experienced, time-served Builders & Bricklayers to join our talented build team. Fully employed or self-employed positions available.

To be considered for the role you must be in possession of a full, clean driving licence. It is also imperative that you can demonstrate a proven track record of carrying out building and bricklaying duties to the highest of standards, have a professional and friendly persona and always take pride in the work that you do.

  • Experienced time-served builders required
  • Working in our home extensions department
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience with driving a digger
  • Drainage/foundation work experience preferred
  • One-person or squad of two encouraged to apply

KITCHEN DESIGNER

Kitchen Designer / Trainee Kitchen Designer Required

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Sales / Designer to join Bon Accord Glass based in Aberdeen with amazing opportunities to grow and learn the trade and develop a career. Bon Accord Glass, offer quality fitted Kitchens and we are currently looking for a Trainee Kitchen Sales/ Design Person to join their team and learn.

The Role

  • Meet and greet customers in the showroom, understand their needs and design requirements
  • Visit customer’s homes to conduct site surveys
  • Design kitchens using the latest CAD software and present to the customer
  • Drive sales and promote the company’s brand
  • Build fantastic rapports and relationships with both existing and new customers
  • Have a passionate and ‘can do’ attitude towards designing beautiful kitchens
  • A natural ability to build a rapport and relationships with customers
  • Great attention to detail and thrives in a busy sales environment
    Full UK Driving Licence
